Who operates this site

Christian Goblin operates this website and the services described here. In this policy, “Christian Goblin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the site operator.

Information handled by browser-based tools

Many tools are designed to process information in your browser. Resume drafts, cover letters, settings, project data, or recent activity may be stored in your browser’s local storage so the tool can restore your work.

When a tool processes a file locally, the file normally remains on your device. Some features load supporting code, fonts, or libraries from the site, but normal local processing does not require sending the contents of your file to Christian Goblin.

You control local browser data. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing devices, or uninstalling a browser may erase it. Keep separate backups of important files.

Job applications

The job portal may collect your name, email address, preferred contact method, portfolio link, availability, pay preference, experience, answers to role-specific questions, and any optional notes you provide.

Applications are validated by a Cloudflare Worker and forwarded to a private Discord channel used by the Christian Goblin hiring team. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical information needed to detect automated or abusive submissions.

Application information is used to review candidates, contact applicants, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and keep records of hiring decisions. A job code is an invitation identifier, not an account password.

Store purchases and service requests

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Christian Goblin does not receive your full payment-card number. We receive the order and contact information needed to verify payment, fulfill the order, provide support, and maintain business records.

For physical products, order and shipping information may be sent to Printful or another disclosed fulfillment provider. For manually fulfilled services, service selections and notes may be sent to a private Discord workflow so the request can be reviewed and completed.

Do not place passwords, account credentials, government identification numbers, payment-card details, or sensitive medical or legal information in service notes.

Messages and contact forms

If you email us or use a contact form, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, message, and any files or links you intentionally include. We use it to answer the request, provide the requested service, prevent abuse, and keep a record of the conversation.

Technical and security information

Hosting, security, and form-processing providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps, requested pages, error information, and fraud or abuse signals. Christian Goblin uses this information to operate the site, diagnose failures, enforce rate limits, verify payments, and protect users and services.

Christian Goblin does not sell personal information.

Service providers and external platforms

Information may be processed by providers that support the site, including:

• GitHub Pages for static website hosting.
• Cloudflare for Workers, Turnstile, rate limiting, and security services.
• Stripe for checkout, payment processing, and payment records.
• Printful for production and fulfillment of physical products.
• Discord for private job-application and service-order workflows.
• Google Fonts on pages that load fonts from Google’s servers.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. External links, social platforms, and community services also have their own practices.

Retention

• Browser tool data: retained on your device until you clear it or the tool replaces it.
• Job applications: retained for up to 12 months after the relevant role is filled, closed, or a decision is made, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for a dispute, legal obligation, or documented business need.
• General messages and support records: normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
• Order, payment, tax, and accounting records: may be retained for up to seven years where reasonably needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or legal obligations.
• Store duplicate-fulfillment records: normally retained for approximately 120 days.
• Short-term job-portal rate-limit and duplicate controls: normally expire within minutes or hours.

Third-party providers may keep information for different periods under their own policies. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by Christian Goblin. You may also ask questions about how information was used. Send requests to hello@christiangoblin.com from the email address connected to the request when possible.

We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to complete an order, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, comply with law, or maintain required business records. Requests concerning data held by Stripe, Printful, Discord, Cloudflare, GitHub, Google, or another provider may also need to be directed to that provider.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted origins, server-side validation, CAPTCHA checks, payment-webhook verification, rate limits, and private service credentials. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Never submit passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, or other credentials through a public form.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and Christian Goblin does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact us to request deletion.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the site, providers, or data practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes are published.
