Acceptance of these terms

By using the site, submitting a form, purchasing a product or service, or applying for a role, you agree to these terms and any additional policy linked from the relevant page. If you do not agree, do not use that feature.

Browser tools and site content

Christian Goblin tools are provided for practical help, study, creativity, drafting, file processing, and experimentation. Features may contain bugs, limitations, browser differences, conversion failures, or incomplete results.

• Resume and ATS tools provide heuristic feedback and do not guarantee interviews, hiring, or compatibility with any employer’s system.
• File tools may fail with large, encrypted, malformed, corrupted, or unsupported files.
• Creative and editing tools may behave differently depending on the browser, device, memory, file format, and file size.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated, converted, or exported results before relying on or distributing them.

Keep original files and independent backups. Do not use the site as the only copy of important work.

Your files, text, and submissions

You retain ownership of content you create or submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

When information must be transmitted to fulfill a request—such as an order, service request, support message, or job application—you grant Christian Goblin and its service providers a limited permission to process that information only as reasonably needed to operate the requested feature, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Purchases and paid services

Prices, availability, taxes, shipping charges, and final order details are shown during checkout. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully verified. Christian Goblin may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, appears fraudulent, contains an obvious pricing error, or violates these terms.

Physical products may be manufactured and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider. Manual services may require follow-up questions, content, files, scheduling, or access that you choose to provide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

The Store Policies are incorporated into these terms for purchases, cancellations, replacements, refunds, and fulfillment.

Service limitations

• Life coaching is practical goal-setting and accountability. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis care, legal advice, or financial advice.
• Cyber Security Evaluation is a limited review and recommendation service. It is not a penetration test, compliance audit, certification, guarantee of security, or promise that every vulnerability will be found.
• Website and domain services may depend on third-party hosting, registrars, software, and platform rules.

Do not submit passwords or live credentials in notes or ordinary email. Any access required for an agreed service should be handled through a separately approved secure method.

Job applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, response, role, payment, contract, or employment relationship. Any role, compensation, ownership, confidentiality, contractor, or employment terms must be established separately in writing.

Applicants must provide truthful information and must not submit another person’s private information without permission. See the Job Applicant Privacy Notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or services to:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or distribute content you do not have permission to use;
• create, upload, convert, distribute, or assist malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, fraud, harassment, or exploitation;
• probe, overload, disrupt, bypass, scrape, or abuse the site, Workers, forms, rate limits, payment flow, job codes, or security controls;
• submit false orders, fraudulent chargebacks, spam, impersonation, or deceptive applications;
• use a cybersecurity service or recommendation to access a system without the owner’s clear authorization.

Christian Goblin content and branding

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s branding, original written content, page designs, logos, and original application code are owned by or licensed to Christian Goblin. These terms do not transfer ownership to users.

Third-party libraries, fonts, assets, trademarks, and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses and ownership terms.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to services such as GitHub, Cloudflare, Stripe, Printful, Discord, Google, and social platforms. Christian Goblin does not control their availability, security, content, or policy changes. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

No professional-advice guarantee

Site content and tools are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, mental-health, financial, employment, tax, or security advice. Seek a qualified professional when the consequences are significant.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site, tools, content, and unpaid features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, compatible, or fit for a particular purpose.

Any specific written promise included in a paid service description or separate agreement remains subject to that agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Christian Goblin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, opportunities, or business arising from use of the site or an inability to use it.

For a paid order or service, Christian Goblin’s total liability arising from that specific transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for it, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or refused when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, providers, or legal rights; investigate abuse; enforce these terms; or comply with a valid legal requirement.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site, services, and policies change. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use.
